When you use Artemis, you’re in control. You decide what information is available, how it’s organized and who can view it.

If you want your departmental information to be open only to internal staff, you can do it.

If you want to show outside vendors as internal departments, so be it.

You choose the outside individuals and organizations that will have access to your internal information, and you can limit that access to as much or as little information as you desire.

Artemis includes four access and security levels, controlled by individual usernames and passwords. At the highest level, you can view and edit any and all information in the system. At the lowest level, users are limited to “view only” access.

Your database is housed on a dedicated server in a secure data center with 24/7 monitoring. When appropriate, your data is encrypted with the latest encryption technology, guaranteeing safe transfer of information throughout your network.
